  upgraded wrong phone when told them,which i did,nt notice as THE STORE MANAGER did not run through the contract with me correctly so i put my trust in him,BAD MOVE,when i returned to store to try and correct it the manager was not at all bothered,AVOID THIS STORE,go to vic centre in notts,Much better,also staff are very condasending with a smug grinn as they talk to you which can be awkward depending on customets character,if i could give a minus score i would give minus score,PLEASE AVOID

  Only went in to collect a phone which I had already ordered and paid for online. They refused to give me the phone simply because their chip and pin machine was not working. Manager completely disinterested and unhelpful. Contacted Carphone Warehouse HQ who confirmed the branch manager was in the wrong and got paid £20 compensation. Make sure you complain if you get shoddy service!
